Venue Specifications

Capacity at Randlords is influenced by the venue set up specified by client. The below capacities are guidelines and will vary dependant on the use of Bedouin tents and technical set-up.

Technical specifications
Randlords offers standard mood lighting and background sound as the venue standard. Additional equipment may be brought in by the client or sourced by Randlords on behalf of the client. Three-phase power is available on both levels and carries no additional charge. All additional staging and audio visual installations must comply with all applicable safety regulations.

All load-in and load-out is via the service elevator. Please note the elevator dimensions – (1.5w x 1.3d x 2.1h). The elevator door is 0.9m wide. Flight cases may not be dragged across the floors and must be transported by use of trolley. Any damage caused to the venue will be billed to the service provider/event planner.
